un peu capoté…

my life in pictures

I noticed this while on a run on Sunday, so when Jeff and headed out for another run today, I brought my phone. Jeff was very confused when I told him that I had to take a picture. I think he asked, “Do you even have a camera?”

This picture has no data, as I took it with my phone and then followed it up with some photo editing on Streamzoo. I promise that I won’t get all streamzoo-ey (read: instagram-styles) with my pictures all the time. I swear! But sometimes, the look just suits the picture. And sometimes, the convenience of having a phone and not a large DSLR triumphs. Like on a run. So there.

So, Sarah went to a macaron making class and invited us over to the easy side for samples. She didn’t make these hamburger lookalikes, but they were so cute, I couldn’t resist using it as my picture. Her macarons, I’m proud to say, were tastier. They had terrific texture and the right gumminess. Nom!
