un peu capoté…

my life in pictures

This week, I managed to take all my pictures on manual focus. I even learned a new way of making sure that I’m in focus at the photography workshop. Using my live screen, I can zoom in twice, make sure I’m focused, and then zoom out. So much easier than squinting through a tiny screen, hoping that the image is clear!

Jeff took the dogs on a super long walk while I was at work. Chopper was pretty tired afterwards – I had time to focus in manually!

I took part in a low light photography workshop with Amanda Kerr. We found out so much about our cameras – even about functions I didn’t even know that I had! We went to a few different locations, trying out long exposure photography, light painting and panning. This is one of my favourite shots from the night.

My student teacher wanted to play a game with students. I suggested she try using plastic plates as dry erase boards. The kids had a hoot!
